That would be pretty cool, but I don't think it will definitely not work in this game

I've finished three more pieces since the last time I posted, here are my two favourites:
Festival
Daylight
The two pieces are pretty different from eachother. Festival is a very oriental piece, while Daylight is a very laid-back, simple piece for guitar duet and percussion. Tell me what you think

Note: I posted the mp3 versions this time, so you won't need to download a separate codec/player to view them, you can just click the link and open them in your default player.

Festival is well written, I could really imagine it as a backing track for a game or film. The cello part is created very skillfully. Good work! Now, Daylight: I like the slightely poppy feel and I especially like the the minor chords used, very melancholic.

Thanks for the comments, DarkClone! Both are actually meant to be backing tracks for a game (visual novel, if you count that as a game). I may not end up using Festival though, as the scene it's meant for is more or less betrayed by the mood of the track. Daylight will definitely be used, though.

Another update; this time, I'm working on an arrangement of Hyrule Field from Ocarina of Time. It's a very grand piece, so it's going to take a while to do it, so far I'm a little short of one minute in. Here's a small preview:

Oo, I like this!

Somehow, I can't get myself to like the F in measure 4. Besides that one note though, I like the whole thing. The trills from measure 26-30 fit so well. Can't wait to hear the finished thing!

I've completed the arrangement of Hyrule Field for piano and have submitted the sheet music to Squaresound, I'm guessing it'll be available sometime next week. Until then, here's the completed MIDI:

Hey Nicol, I really like your arrangement of the Hyrule theme for piano.

I want to share with you my Medley from Ocarina of time. It's basically the Finale Version of the suite, but since we couldn't get the cellist to record, we could only get several good songs.

1) Kokiri Forest
2) Lost Woods
3) Song of Storms
4) A little Snippit of Zeldas Lullaby

Ocarina of Time Medley (Guitar Quartet, Flute, Harp)

I love your medley, alex! Once again, a great recording, as well

And now for something completely different:
Message

I'm pretty happy with the finale product, though I need to look for some better synth samples, as they sound terribly general-MIDI-soundbank at the moment.
