I keep forgetting to put this back up... But anyway. It's just my composition thread, again. I wasn't quite sure where to post it this time so I posted it here, it may be moved if neccesary.

First off... I'll start by posting these:

1) Toccata - I don't even know what to say. This is just insane... I <3 dissonance.

2) Nocturne - Much less insane. Very slow infact. Though, much less likely to make you dizzy. Probably listen to it after the toccata.

3) Romance I - Quite... Soothing I guess. For Flute, Oboe, Bassoon, Horn (in F), Tubular Bells, Piano, Solo Violin, Violins I, Violas, Cellos. [incomplete]

4) Etude #8 - Somewhat a fusion of late Romanticism with Bach-esque grace-note placement. [incomplete]

Comments well appreciated. Consructive criticism well appreciated. Criticism tolerated. Flames laughed at. Alot...

Well... I'm a bit low on improvisations, actually. Thanks for the comments, though!

In any case... I have a few transcribition's in progress. Right now I'm transcribing:

1) Calm Before the Storm (Dirge of Cerberus)
2) Abandoning Power (Final Fantasy XII)
3) Main Theme (Metal Gear Solid)

I plan to get these completed sometimes soon, aswell, I'm starting my second "Story". I'm not quite sure how to explain it... But it goes back to about a few months ago - I basically decided to write a piece of music, blending together multiple musical styles, instruments etc. into one long composition. Currently I have somewhat of an ambient texture in my new one. I'll post that aswell.

My "Story" last time took about 2 weeks to finish, though, it also ended up being nearly 10 minutes long. So far this one's only clocked in around 1 minute, though.

Ah, I like composing alot more. Improvising doesn't hurt though, I do so a little when I'm bored, or out of ideas.
