I really hope I can enter this competition, but unfortunately I have a Semester Final Exam around May or June, so I can't participate here... T_T

Okay gang, the rules and entry pages are up. They should look very familiar to those who competed in the last competition. Anyway, read all about it here. We may adjust the scoring a bit since the personal tilt section was a bit controversial last time, but we'll see how it goes.

I'm excited that we're having another competition already! I need to decide what to arrange.

Question, though. Will there be any clarification on how much the quality of MIDI sounds, etc. will affect the judging? If I need to spend time on learning how to produce better sounds in addition to arranging a piece, I need to know so that I can prepare for that. As things stand now, I've always used default Finale sounds. I'm sure others are wondering the same thing.
