Hey everybody! 2009 was a pretty awsome year for gaming, and it looks as if 2010 will be even better! To celebrate, I'm going to be hosting a 2009 video game awards here on Squaresound. I hope everyone will take the time to vote for their favorite games of the year!

Okay. Sorry I went over the deadline. I had a really bad cold, and haven't been on much lately. Anyways, the voting is now open. Here's how it will work. Send me a PM with the name of the game you wish to vote for in each catagory. I will be tallying up the votes sometime towards the Beginning of April. So get your votes in![/b]

• All nominated games must have been released between November 1, 2008 and January 15, 2010
• The nominated game must have been released by a valid publisher, therefore it cannot be an independantly published game
• No pornographic video games may be nominated
• The game must have been released in North America, unless otherwise specified

Didn't understand the whole story (Dutch :P), but... are we supposed to post in this topic our choice of which game has to win for each category? Or do I have to PM you? And I can PM you if a game isn't in this list but I want a certain game to be in it?

Anyway, this is a really nice idea! I haven't played much of those games, but I know my choice for some categories already Oh, last question: do we have to vote in all categories? Or just some of them?

Right now we are in the nominations phase. You don't have to vote yet. If there is a game that you want on a list tell me and I'll get it up there. After everyone nominates the games they want, then the voting phase will begin and people can start voting. To nominate a game, just send me a PM telling me which game and which catagory to put it in.
