I could help too...I just don't know what to do...so if you want to give suggestions, I'm open to that.

I'd really like to see something from one of the Chrono games, personally. Perhaps 1000AD (http://midishrine.com/ostepop/sns/Ch...ger/w1000a.mid), or Arni Village ~ Home (http://midishrine.com/ostepop/psx/Ch..._s_village.mid). In any case, I've decided to do an arrangement of Waltz for the Moon from Final Fantasy VIII for this project. I can't say when I'll have it done, though hopefully I'll have time to start/finish one this week. If not then I'll have it out anytime in May.

YAY! Waltz for the moon is so beautiful...It inspired me to write my first waltz...so maybe it resembles it...

Oh my goodness I think my eyes nearly popped out when I saw this topic on the forums page. What an amazing idea! I am a violist, having served a couple years of first chair in High School, and I have to say I -LOVE- my viola (which even has a name but we're not gonna GO there, kthx). Now then, what would I arrange? The first thing that comes to mind is "The Burdened" from FF7 Crisis Core, but that's already a violin solo, so I'm not sure how convincing a viola arrangement would be. Hmmm... and I see that you, Mr. Armarfi have already picked an FF piece; would you prefer if I ventured towards another franchise? My personal bests come from within the FF area; if I could, I may do an arrangement of Tifa's Theme from FF7... or perhaps the Cinco/Rock/Electric de Chocobo? Idk... I'm just bubbling and brainstorming right now.

At any rate, if you'll have me, I'm in!

You really are welcome to arrange something from any series. This is primarily a Square music forum, so I'm sure no one would be too surprised to see more than one Final Fantasy arrangement, so by all means, make one .

Pretty much ditto what Dallas Bolin said about personal life, except that I haven't named my viola yet and it's not too hard to be first chair viola in my orchestra.

I've already started work on an arrangement of Frontier Village Dali from FFIX for viola and piano. Maybe I should get that out again.
