To add to this, apparently, the Album has been arranged by Sachiko Miyano, who was an arranger of 'VOICES - Music from Final Fantasy,' and Natsumi Kameoka, who was part of 'drammatica -The Very Best of Yoko Shimomura.'

The Piano Collections will be performed by Pianist Miwa Sato and Hiroyuki Nakayama who orchestrated Lost Oddesey.

Also it comes out on 27 May! Cant Wait.

EDIT: do you think this means they are making a KH2 PC? Since Passion etc. aren't on the track listing.

Umm, I've only played Kingdom Hearts II, so Im not sure about some songs. Was Dearly Beloved in Kingom Hearts I as well as II?

Yes Dearly Beloved was in KH I. And you should give KH I a shot. Chain of memories as well. I haven't played KH II yet but I've played I and I'm sure there were some parts you didn't understand, right?
