I bet it's Yoko Shimomura.

It's not going to be Shimomura. Because in the video she was sitting on the couch during one of the work sessions. I couldn't see the person at the piano. Although, I could hear tiny pieces of two of the songs. One was obviously "Dearly Beloved", I couldn't really tell what the second song was, but it kind of sounded like the "Fantasia alla Marcia".
Anyways, I have a feeling that the pianist will be Shinko Ogata. She did the recording of the "Final Fantasy VIII Piano Collections" and she was the pianist on all the KH OSTs.

Oh wow...the FFVIII Piano Collection was simply gorgeous. Perhaps my favorite out of those is Ami, but they're all good.

It also has a built in phrase book, and a Japanese-English dictionary.
Just noticed you posted this...I've gotta read more carefully. This sounds pretty cool. I may get it since my brother has a DS that he hardly uses.

How many Kanji does it teach? Because if it teaches them good, and has like 1000+, then I will definitely get it, since I can already read Hiragana and Katakana.

I hope that the Pianist is Shinko Ogata. She's really good.
