Anyway, if people have lisened to the songs, what do you think? My favourite is the Finale (Working together) from the Sonata, which I think is a really cool concept to include.
And, now that this piano collection has been released, I wonder what the next one will be... (I hope its Final Fantasy XII)

You mean you already got the CD? Dang

I'll try to work on some translation as soon as I can. I'm kind of busy this week. Piano Guild, Dentist Appointment, Teaching Piano, Taking Piano lessons, Work, School, etc.
If you have any questions, comments, or complaints please send me a PM!

Yeah, Riku's theme is relly good too. I like the Concert Paraphrase on dearly beloved aswell. The quality of arrangements from this arrangement are pretty good. I think I'm safe to say that it's way better than the Final Fantasy XI Piano Collection (Both Versions!)

I don't have/have never heard, either version. Although, I would LOVE to hear a Piano Collections arrangement of Memoro de la Stono and Distant Worlds!

I can confirm that the last bit of news from the 27th is the piano sheet music book, which is set for the 17th of July. The one from the 30th of course is an interview with Shimomura from Famitsu, and the 28th's news says that those who have bought the CD can watch the PV from the website. With ability to read and understand some Japanese and some help from Google Translator, I was able to sign up (gotta make up where you live though...). Once I get the CD, I can let you guys know what it is like (it's ready to be shipped, so I expect it will ship later tonight? Won't be until next week until I get it though, so by then someone else will have detailed it XD)

Sweet! can't wait for the sheet music! Although I probably really need to get some major skill before I can play the arrangements on the CD! I just received it I must say I'm impressed...
I also posted a review for it on the product page...hope it gets approved.

Wow...I just got my copy this afternoon. Wow.....that's all I can say. It came with a little card on the inside. I'll try to translate it and see what it says.
I'll be doing a detailed, track-by-track review on the CD pretty soon, so keep an eye out!

Alright, mine came. I must say, I’m very impressed with the arrangements, but I'm not sure how fun it will be to play most of them...probably will be the only Piano Collections where I don't want to learn all of the songs at some point.
Anyways, simply registering the CD (the red small sheet) will let you watch the PV at the website. Not too hard with some knowledge of kanji and google translate. There are too videos. I'm watching the first now, and has footage of rehearsals and some talking. Will update soon?
Also, not sure about the white sheet in the CD (seems to be just letting you know about the PV)
Edit: The second PV shows the performance and aftermath/fan reactions. Shimomura says quite a bit about the songs, and I wish I could understand...it doesn't show the full performances (just the three on the trailer were played at the show), but its enough.

That's cool. I was wondering what those were. I tried translating them this afternoon, and I got as far as using the code to obtain some sort of promo. Do you know that the March 2010 date on the sheet means?

I'm not sure at all, but my guess would be that it is the date when the video will no longer be available.
