Same with Nicol. I played the combination of Super Mario Bros. and Duck Hunt. Super Mario Bros. 2 and 3 were also one of the firsts along with The Little Mermaid lol and Castlevania. All on the NES.

I remember playing Mario, Duckhunt, and Little Nemo a lot. then my first RPG i can remember actually paying attention to the story was A Link to the Past.

Link started on the Game Boy Color? I thought the first Zelda game was Ocarina of Time.

Ocarina of Time (N64)
Majoras Mask (N64)
Oracles of Seasons (GB)
Oracle of Ages (GB)
Four Swords (GBA)

Four Swords Adventure (NGC)
Minish Cap (GBA)
Twilight Princess (Wii)
Phantom Hourglass (DS)

and coming soon......
Spirit Tracks (DSi)

I have all of them. lol.

Super Mario Bros / Duck Hunt is definitely the first one I remember, but I grew up with an NES and Genesis, so it's hard to say which one actually came first.
