Why is printing disabled in some Scorch sheet music files and enabled in others?

Print functionality must be enabled in these files by the original arranger.  Unfortunately, it is disabled by default, and most users don't realize this.  In order to enable printing, you must open the file in the full version of Sibelius.  No one on staff at SquareSound has this software, and thus we can't enable printing in these files.  We try to catch these files as they are submitted and request new files from the original arrangers, but this isn't always possible.  We apologize for the inconvenience.
