Easily one of my favorite books in my entire library. Great range of difficulty (“Dearly Beloved” to “Concert Paraphrase”) and styles (bouncy “Traverse Town” to moody “13th”). I especially love the “Sonata” (though, technically, it’s not one). This book has has so much diversity of technique and style and rhythm and mood and everything within its covers, it really has something for everyone. The pieces are always crowd-pleasers for their longing, nostalgic tendencies. These are really, really beautiful arrangements, though it definitely takes time and commitment to do them the justice they deserve.
