Pre-ordering items from the SquareSound Music Store is a great way to ensure you're one of the first to receive a new album or sheet music book when it comes available. When an item is available for pre-order at our store, we have ordered the product and are waiting for it to arrive from our Japanese supplier. The estimated ship date of this item is displayed on the corresponding information page. These dates are normally conservative, and the product may in fact ship prior to the date listed. However, there are many factors that affect ship dates, so the estimates are not guaranteed.

Payment Information

In our experience with past pre-order items, they tend to sell out very quickly -- usually before we even receive the product. Therefore, payment must be processed up-front to guarantee yourself a copy of the item. In other words, if you purchase a pre-order item, your credit card will be charged immediately, and the item will ship when it comes in stock. If you elect to pay by postal money order instead, we must receive your money order within seven (7) days or your order will be cancelled.

Ordering Other Items with Pre-Orders

If you place an order for multiple items, and one of the items is a pre-order, your entire order will be held until the pre-order item comes in stock. At that point, your entire order will ship. If you'd rather receive the in-stock items immediately, please order them separately than the pre-order item(s).
